What is the delivery time of my order?

Netherlands & Belgium:
Ordered before 9pm = delivered tomorrow.

Germany:
1–2 business days delivery time.

After shipping you will receive a track & trace by email.

When is shipping free?

Within the Netherlands and Belgium:
Free shipping on orders over €100. Below this amount, we charge €6.95 for shipping.

Germany:
Always a fixed rate of €6.95.

Can I return my order?

Sure! You have 14 days to reconsider from the moment of receipt.
Please see our returns policy for full details.

What if my order is damaged or incomplete?

We will of course solve this immediately. Send us an email with a photo of the product and the packaging within 48 hours via info@harmoniqhome.com , and we will provide a suitable solution.
